About the project

SME Trainer and Consultant Network Development Project for ECA Region is carried out by SODBI Business Incubator in Kazakhstan and UBICA Training Center in Ukraine as part of the ECA bit Initiative (www.eca-bit.org). The project has emphasis on four areas at the first stage supported by the infoDev Incubator Initiative: Research, Network Administration, Online Knowledge Sharing Platform Development, and Conference.

The Project Goal
TCNet aims to unite training centers and individual business trainers within and beyond business incubators throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asian region, as well as to create a network development tool towards functional networking amongst business incubators in CIS countries and Eastern Europe.

Participating Countries
All countries of ECA Region are invited to participate in the Network development activity.
The Network is targeted at both Russian-speaking (as a priority) and other countries of the ECA Region. TCNet will unite or cooperate with countries beyond the ECA Region.

If You are:

• Representative of a training or consulting center, or individual trainer/consultant within a business incubator in one of the ECA countries;
• Representative of a training or consulting center, or individual trainer/consultant, operating beyond business incubators;
