SIPU International is a Swedish consultancy and training organisation specialising in public service development and reform. We work with parliaments, national governments, provincial and local governments and other public service organisations c overing a wide range of sectors. We are working in transitional and developing countries all over the world as advisors, facilitators, trainers and experts.
