Identifying and meeting future defence challenges - DSEI 2007 - 03 September 2007

At DSEi 2007, General Sir Mike Jackson, Senior Advisor at PA Consulting Group and former Chief of the General Staff, and Nick Chaffey, PA"s Global Head of Defence Consulting, will be looking at the challenges that are now facing defence, as well as what needs to be done in order to transform performance.

Together they will look at topics including:

Rising to meet those challenges
Delivering the right capability
Reducing delivery timescales and costs - substantially
Maximising capability at the front line
Defining, maintaining and sourcing the right skills and expertise.
The presentations, which start at 10.00am on Wednesday 12 September 2007 as part of the DSEi Global Defence Conference at the ExCel Centre, London, will draw on the experience of both General Sir Mike Jackson and PA Consulting Group.
