Custom agreement
Welcome to the custom agreement of mYconsultant.ru! This agreement determines the order and rules of working with this resource. To become the user of mYconsultant.ru, You need to read and agree with all regulations and conditions of this Agreement, and Confidentiality policy, which is the essential part of this Agreement.
Terms and definitions
The following terms are used for mYconsultant.ru usability:
* "User’s profile"
Registration
To get an access for creating the User’s profile and arranging and editing your information on the portal you need to register. Registration is made in two steps:
Step 1: Filling the registration form.
Step 2: Profile activation. To activate the profile you need to click the link, which is sent to your e-mail, noted while filling the registration form.
After registration individual person gets the status of User of mYconsultant.ru.
The registration of several profiles by one individual person on mYconsultant.ru is not allowed. Exchange, selling and other ways of handing over the profile to a third person is forbidden. The registration of individual persons concerned with unethical resources or companies by direct or indirect way is not allowed.
mYconsultant.ru will inform the registered users about new functions no more than once a month. The user may decline this information at any moment.
The conditions of joining the present Agreement
Using of software, systems or processes for collecting information, contained in mYconsultant.ru, is categorically forbidden.
The User must agree with the fact that propagating any information by mYconsultant.ru, the User allows to use this information free of charge, permanently, irretrievably within the framework of mYconsultant.ru. At the same time mYconsultant.ru may reformat, translate or remove any information provided by the User.
The information provided by the User during the registration and further using mYconsultant.ru, contains the User’s information which may be available to be watched by other users of the portal. Providing such information by the User is made voluntarily.
Пользователь дает согласие на сбор, обработку и хранение такой информации в целях использования сервиса The User gives his consent to collecting, processing and keeping such information in order to use the service by the Users and valid service functioning, as well as the right to turn over such information to third persons if it is essential to support proper efficiency, urgency and providing the service development, as well as in cases, set by the legislation, the present Agreement and Confidentiality policy.
The User’s information, provided while using mYconsultant.ru, may be removed (deleted) after the User’s written request, or by himself in order, stated in the Confidentiality Policy.
The User’s actions must not be directed to mislead other users. Particularly:
* The User engages not to garble the information displayed in the User’s profile;
* The User engages not to arrange information in the fields which are not assigned for this type of information.
* The User engages not to use the access to mYconsultant.ru in order to present himself as another person/organization.
Responsibility
The User’s profile can be deleted from mYconsultant.ru for infringement of the regulations of the present Agreement, the Confidentiality policy. Besides, the User is responsible for infringement of the regulations of the present Agreement in compliance with the legislation of the state where the User lives.
Bringing to account does not unbind the User to compensate the damage, harming to mYconsultant.ru, other users of mYconsultant.ru, and third persons.
General information
mYconsultant.ru can make any changes and additions in the present Agreement in one-sided order at any time, without any note about making reasonable changes and additions. The Users are informed about changes and additions by arranging the text of the Agreement taking to consideration the changes and additions on mYconsultant.ru.
The next getting an access to mYconsultant.ru considered by the User’s agreement with all made changes and additions.
